Last night after dinner I ate an apple before bed.
For breakfast this morning I had a bowl of granola with raisins and the last of the blackberries, followed by an apple jelly donut and some hot cocoa.
I made a late lunch of a tempeh wrap from Chico Natural Foods and some salt & pepper chips.
Tonight for dinner I made some rice pilaf that I ate with diced and cooked onion, carrot, zucchini, brussels sprouts, and broccoli. While dinner was cooking I ate two kiwis.
I had a small bowl of the last of the granola with some plum jam mixed in for dessert.
