Breakfast today was toast with avocado and salt, an apple, and some orange from Diana’s kitchen.
For lunch I made a bowl of granola, and had a few dates. Later in the afternoon I made a sandwich with the last of the ciabatta bread of tomato, pepper jack cheese, and spinach.
Tonight I ate too much. A big bowl of shells and cheese sauce, along with a full head of steamed broccoli served with salt and a little olive oil.
